i dont know what to do

For the past couple of weeks now i have noticed a rather off putting smell coming from down there, i have noticed it takes affect with my discharge and no matter how many times i clean myself it just doesnt seem to go. its gotten that bad that i have to start wearing panty liners and bring a spare change of clothing out because the smell comes out through my jeans, this is really embarressing esepcially when im out with my friends.

I had it and they gave me antibiotics (which made me. After that though it came back and I now take extra folic acid and am back to normal. I saw the folic acid advice on another site.
I know it is awful to smell bad down there. Good luck with figuring it out.
