i find it difficult

i find it very difficult once my partner has ejaculated to keep his sperm inside me, it just seems to all fall out am i doing something wrong?

The semen is leaking out, not the sperm.  The sperm say buh-bye to the semen that brung them to the party in about a nano and swim like crazy for the cervix.  Don't worry if the semen drains out.  It was just the bus that brought the boys to the party.

It will always leak out but the sperm themselves will already be in and doing their job. Don't worry, it is normal for it to leak out, you only need the sperm!

trying putting a pillow under your hips to help elevate them. Some will leak out no matter what but there should still be some that stays.
