i have a verry soar lump inside my Labia Majora and hurts really bad help

I'm a virgin and I have never been touched down their or nothing and about one or two days before my period I got a lump underneath my lip and I ignored it because I thought it was just a ingrown hair because I shaved a few days before it too but lately it's been growing and its about and inch and it hurts really bad I can hardely walk I put ice on it and I put a hot towel on it for a while but nothing seems to help I'm scared to go to the doctor or tell my mom but please help asap

This sounds like a glandular infection. Look up Bartholin's gland and Skene's gland infections and see if either of those fit your symptoms. You should know that these kinds of infections are extremely common and can happen without your having done anything to cause it.

I am a virgin as well as you and I think it is wise to tell your parents. This could be serious and if it is then you should deal with it fast. I suggest you tell your mom. I would be most comfortable telling my mom and if you dont have a good relationship with your mom then tell a different family member or you could call the doctor and describe your condition yourself. Either way it is important to tell someone so you can receive help!
