i need help i'm scared

i have been shooting morphine pill that i have been crushing. know i want to stop and i am affraid of what it has already done to my body. I can't find anything on the internet of what it actually does to your blood, your vains, your kidney and your liver. Plus I know I am going to be going through withdrawl but how can I go through it without my son or my family knowing what I am going through? I work two jobs and need to stay functional. Please help me. Plus I would really like to know what the morphine has done to my heart. Please send me some answers...I am at my bottom and need to start crawling out.
