If you want long term results and losing weight doesn't help then surgery would be your alternative. You need to talk to a doctor about it.I've told you everything I can think of.Applying ice is only going to give you cold boobs.Thats it.

I've never had side effects.I do have light scarring but nothing that bothers me.It was the best decision I made for ME at the time.I'm 42 now and I'd hate to see what I'd look like if I hadn't got it done. The safety issue comes in by making sure the plastic surgeon is BOARD CERTIFIED.Anyone can say they are plastic surgeons. If you have a regular doctor that you see ask for referrals from him or her.You can always make an appt. with the surgeon and he can talk with you and see what you are looking for.He will have to examine you. With me since I needed it medically,my insurance paid almost all of it and I  really don't remember how much it cost back then.Maybe $6000.00?I had to take a month off from work to fully recover. This would all be talked about with your doctor.I'm sure each case is different.Hope this helped.

I had to have breast reduction at age 22 because no matter how much weight I lost,my breast size did not decrease.I had back aches, head aches, and my bra straps dug into my shoulders.I went to see my regular doc and he referred me to a plastic surgeon.Since my breasts were causing me health problems my insurance did pay for almost all of the reduction surgery. It was the best decision I ever made.If you decide to go this route, be sure the doctor is BOARD CERTIFIED as a plastic surgeon. Some womens breast size go up and down with weight. Some don't.Good luck in whatever you  decide.

Dieting usually does reduce the breast size.  If you exercise and eat fewer calories than you expend, you will lose weight, and that will reduce the size of breasts too.
