Bacterial vaginosis.  You say it stinks when you sweat?  Most people do stink  when they sweat.  I too have a lot of discharge.  I use panty liners and I love femine wash.  It is specifically for your femine parts.  Summers Eve makes a brand or you can buy a generic brand they are all the same.  They are wonderful and I feel it keeps you smelling better for longer.  I also use baby powder sometimes too if I know I will be doing a lot of sweating.  See if these tricks help and if they don't go back to your physician.

Good, I am glad I could help.  We all have to work with what we got and we are all made different.  I have gotten my mom hooked on the feminine wash too.  Smells good, feels good, and most importantly works.

IF your getting a bad odor, you ay have an infection. I would call the DR back and ask them to test you for BV.
