im i pregnant or not ?
okay so i have 28 day cycle my period latest from 29h of September to the 6th of October. I had sex on the 20th of this month. i had unprotected sex and wanted to know because of my days of ovulation and stuff what are the chances ? and when i can know ? ? AND! i have been feeling like im going to throw up on tuesday and thursday . ive been going to bed at 8 or 9 now . im suppose to be starting soon and i had cramp today for 5 minutes then when i started eating i felt fine. i had some just a little reddish , more brownish discharge but thats it. could it have been my uterus getting ready for the baby maybe ? i got really hot today and throw up in my mouth around 1 ? idk if you get symptoms during the day too , but yea HELP! tomorrow i will be one week prolly ? if i am ive had my nose bleed since monday or tuesday and today it did to. ill go to blow my nose and see blood ?

These can be the symptoms of pregnancy. If you miss your periods then you can test 1 week- 10 days after you miss your periods or you can test for pregnancy by a highly sensitive pregnancy test 10 days post ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test. Also I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests. The HCG (it is a hormone) levels rise only in pregnancy and its presence will confirm the status of your pregnancy.

The best thing you can do is use a pregnancy test. They are not always accurate early on and can give a false negative because the pregnancy hormone hCG hasn't reached a high enough level yet.
You could test now but if it's negative, just to be certain you shoukd test again next week.
