If it isn't hurting, you're fine. Vinegar is only mildly acidic. If you've ever thrown up and had it come out your nose, your stomach contents are orders of magnitude more acidic than vinegar. If it's hurting, you can try snorting some water or use a neti pot to flush things out. Even if it's in your lungs, you're probably fine as long as you don't get a sudden respiratory infection (but I really doubt you would). Vinegar is mostly water, and your body can handle a bit of acidity without much issue.
yes, I agree. This will not harm you. You realize, much of what you eat has vinegar in it. Vinegar isn't really bad. Things like bleach are inhaled when cleaning and people are fine. So, vinegar won't hurt you. good luck
