inner thigh pain

i cut my right foot deep months ago and just recently i have started getting on and off pain in my inner thigh on my right leg, could this be a serious infection from the cut, it was about 8 weeks that i cut my foot and in the past 3 weeks ive been getting this pain in my inner thigh, could this be serious, should i be worried. my foot is heeled but its a bit lumpy, would it be related to the inner thigh pain. help?

I would say there is a strong possibilaty that you hit your sciatic nerve. Which would not mean there was an infection. If there was an infection in your leg, you would most likey show symptoms of edema (swelling) and possibly a fever. If there is constant pain, you may have done some damage to that nerve so I would see a doctor if I were you.
