irregular periods and getting pregnant

by d.baby.25, Apr 17, 2007 12:00AM
I have had irregular periods since i was 15. I have two kids now and am 25yrs old. My son will be 4 in july, and now me and my husband are trying to get pregnant but have yet to succeed. I occasionly get these pains in my left side around my ovarie area, i also stay bloated most of the time, my periods come right now every other month. Could i have sist or something else wrong with my ovaries or something else that is preventing me from getting pregnant????? Got a doctors appointment next week. Anything in specific i should talk to my obgyn about????

Definitely sounds like it could be a cyst as they can caused missed periods as well as bloating. Cysts tend to resolve themselves in a few months, but it is possible you have one of those stubborn ones.

Ask your doctor about cysts.
