irregulars periods; can't get pregnant

My boyfriend and I would really like to get pregnant. We have been trying for about 6 months now, but I have irregular periods( they can vary from 26 days to 31 days)so tracking ovulation is really difficult.I spoke with my doctor about concern about if i'm even ovulating and she instructed me if I get my period than I am ovulating. I also have a problem with recurring bacterial vaginosis so my Ph is always out of whack. I feel like this is really affecting my being able to get pregnant and I don't know what else to do.

please help!

I read about the legs over your head and such and i read the problem with that is if your too far upside down or whatever you can trap the semen behind the cervix, which isnt good. I feel like this baby thing is so complicated. I got pregnant two years ago by accident with the wrong guy and he basically threw the money in my face and told me to get rid of it. i was still in college and felt it's what i had to do, i grew up without a dad and i didnt want to do it to my child. Since the abortion i've regreted it everyday and now that i am trying to conceive i feel like it's impossible. How does it just stumble upon me and now that i want it i cant get it!
life is funny!

dont have sex everyday the dh needs to let his sperm count rebuild so try having sex everyother day for a month it takes 24-48 hours for a man to rebuild his sprem count. and goodluck to all. and put a pillow under your butt. after sex it tilts the uterus to get all the sperm up there.  lots of babydust to you.

I have the same problem with the periods and my husband and I have also been trying to get pregnant. I was told by some friends to have sex every day for a month and hold your legs up or lay upside down on the coach with your legs were your heads suppose to be ( wierd i know ). I did and now I think I might be pregnant.
