I don't think that am having an early menopause . Because from the first time I had my period in the age of 13 and my cycle is 45 to 55 days .
Do I need to to see the gyno to make the cycle 23 days ? or since it's always 45 to 55 days means it's regular ?

Yes it is if you are not using some form of birth control. I would probably make an appointment to see my gyno. You maybe starting to go through early menopause so I would have it checked out.
