Could be a uti as well.  Try soaking in a warm tub with Aveeno and see if that helps.

HI, Yes it is possible to have a yeast infection and no discharge.  Here are the symptoms of a yeast infection from WebMD.

The most common symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection are:

Vaginal itching.
Irritated genital skin.
Pain or burning in the genital area with urination or sexual intercourse.
In some cases, white vaginal discharge that is usually curdlike and odorless. Some women have no noticeable discharge.

Get some over the counter creams like monistat 7 and take it for 7 days.  That should clear it up.  If it doesn't you can treat for another 7 days but after 14 days if it hasn't cleared you will need to see your GYNO.

Good Luck!
