is masturbating at 30 bad?

Hi,
I am @30 and still unmarried female. I masterbate without using any external elements. At times it happens within my dreams as well. It happens 2 to 3 times a month approx. Earlier I used to have more times, but has reduced to this much. Although I read abt this tht it doesnt have any side effects, still I fear. Is it something tht I am harming myself or will it affect my after marriage relation? As I do it crossing my legs, the right leg has a great pain and also having spinal cord problems these days which I m feeling is the after effect of this. Please suggest wat shud I do and how to improve my health? Also let me know how it can affect my health or senses in future?

To answer your first question NO it is not a bad thing. It's actually very common and helps release tension/stress and let's face it, it feels REALLY good. I'm married and I still masturbate occasionally. Masturbating will not affect your relations with your future husband at all and actually it will help you learn what your body likes and that will only help your relations with your future husband because you'll know what you like and can express it to him...it sounds like you come from a country where being a virgin is VERY important so just coming right out and saying "I like it when it is like this" may not be the right way to say it because it might arouse suspicion but you could say "oh that feels good, maybe you could try doing...." if it hurts you to cross your legs while you are doing it then rub yourself with your finger and you do not need to penetrate yourself with your finger. Try looking up clitoris and it'll give youinfo on the exterior anatomy of your vagina and help you understand why it feels so good. Good luck

Men and women masturbate.  However, if you are doing it to the point of hurting your back and thigh, then I'd find a different way.  good luck
