is this gas or something else?
for a couple of weeks now i can hear(sometimes) this rumble in my stomach like im hungry or im digesting my food. but its like i can feel it inside me moving. its weird
what does gas feel like im currently 24 weeks pregnant and dont think ive really had bad gas pains.
I would say its gas...if it is very bothersome I would suggest something over the counter like gas-x to give some relief.
