it hurts....

i would like to know if anyone can help me...i am a sexually active person with my boyfriend of 12 yrs..ive been tested for diseases(all) before, and i have had this problem before and after, but on my clitorous hood sometimes i get this little pimple like thing i notice after maybe too much moisture is on my pantyliner, then before i know it there is a raw patch of skin that will look like a very small patch skin had been rubbed off not even muuch to notice unless you feel the pain and look for it, i do have a vaginal infection that i just found out that i had and sometimes it makes me dry,i also sweat alot down there my question is can the infection be the cause of this or the rubbing of my underwear on an already sensitive area be the cause? could this be a boil? it seems that after i quit wearing underwear for atleast 3 days after i get off work it goes away, this last time i put aloe vera cream on it and went to bed w/o underwear on to keep the area dry andit healed up...sorry for the nasty details just want an opinion

It sounds like you are just a little over sensitive down in that certain spot... I would say not to worry to much just keep using the cream (you can even try neosporin to help heal it faster) and maybe consult with your doctor to see if there is something that they can recommend. Also wearing panty liners and anything but cotton panties can retain the moisture and therefore keep the area raw. Best of luck and hope you feel better soon!
