itching on urethra and vagina, NO DISCHARGE, hurts minor while urinating sometimes
Hey, First some background information. I am 20 years old. I have gotten a yeast infection once before and cured it with Monistat- this was a couple years ago. I've gotten many UTIs, painful urination which i can't handle those are familiar to me. I also have no STDs, which i get checked often, have been with the same partner for two years and we use condoms as i am not on birthcontrol anymore.

I just thought i had a yeast infection. I did not go into the doctor because I have no health insurance and it didnt seem like anything more serious than a yeast infection that could be cured over the counter. I bought monistat 7 day treatment, missed one day but then continued the next day. It seemed to help my symptoms but then a week later it came back. I have also stopped using soap down there for the time being incase of an allergic reaction.

OK My symptoms are as followed. I have Absolutely no discharge, which is weird because for a yeast infection you're supposed to have the cottage cheese like discharge. which i don't even have any discharge whatsoever. In the mornings only, when i urinate It smells a little kind of like onions or garlic, I know this can be an effect from what you eat, but if this has been happening every day for a week or so I doubt it's from diet. Also, it itches in my vagina and clitoris/urethra and in my vulva (pretty much everywhere) I'm sorry to say, but i pulled back my clitoral hood and noticed two very small white pin head sized pimples. I did not touch, they are not oozing or anything. Also when I pee sometimes it stings a little bit but not badly, and only sometimes. I can pass urine very well with a normal/usual frequency so definitely not a UTI as it's not an unbarable pain like those. It doesnt smell fishy down there or like yeast. so i don't know. could i still have a yeast infection? No discharge or smell down there so i don't know... It is also sometimes painful during intercourse but a lot of lubrication helps a little. Please no lectures about how i need to get into the doctor i already plan on it but would just like some feedback first. thanks!
