my boobs or say nipple has been itching so much and dry. i put some type of cream for the irritation and it dont go away. i keep itching, i feel like i wanna ripe my boobs out??? help

I had the same problem the other day! All day at work my nipple was incredibly itchy, I even asked other girls if they have the same problem sometimes, and they all looked at me like I had 10 heads. My mom says itchy nipples is a sign of pregancy but I'm definitely not pregnant. The itchyness went away, thank god! But I don't know what caused it.
