itchy bumps on vagina

hi.. ive recently thought i may have had a yeast infection but i never had it checked out.. then shortly after i started to develop small bumps on the outside of my labia. the bumps are extremely itchy so i couldnt help but scratch them.. i thought maybe id put it off and it would go away but the bumps are swelling and have spread more and itching alot still. i have no idea what it could be and i have been with my boyfriend for over a year now and were extremely close but he had asked me a week ago if i had been really itchy because he complained his testicles had been itchy too.. (at the time mine hadent gotten worse) its not an std because neither of us have had sex with anyone besides eachother but im not sure if i could have had a yeast infection and now something else had happened because of it or what.. im getting nervous though because now i have gotten my period and its more itchy and the bumps and more swelled. do you have any idea of what it could be or anything..???

If you can see a doctor, planned parenthood or a clinic in your area I certainly would.  At least it would provide you with some relief.

the onyl reason im puttign it off is because .. i highly doubt its an std and my boyfriend says his went away.
