ive been bleeding for 4 months heavy

im 28, ive been on my period for 4 months.. before this i didnt have a period for 3 months. ive been for tests and my hormones are normal/im not pregnant. theyve said my womb is abnormally thick and that they couldnt find my right ovary. what is going on? ive been refered to the gyno now but im shocked that my hormones are normal. how can they be normal when im still on my peroid. 3 months out of the 4 have been really heavy. (doctors put me on transamicAcid and mini pill). im still bleeding but not heavy anymore (well for now). please tell me your thoughts. im goin damn crazy
