joint pain in arms

how do i get relief from transient pain in my hips knees & shoulder which leave me totally drained. been having these for 45 yrs. worse at night help me please

I would go see the doc for a routine checkup and labs. That can indicate if there is any inflammation. IE: Athritis or something like that causing the joint pain. In the meantime, what are you taking for pain anything?
