well as far as the length of my cycle it changes and what the app says when my menstrual comes on a certain day it ends up coming a few days after that day or the following weeks but i know i was always have a period before the end of the month. now as far as me listening to my body its kinda of hard when you have pain here and there like for an example so far i had few days of cramps and lower abdominal pains sometimes it raises up to my stomach area from left to right like i was on my period. my moods are good somedays and bad other days but my moods been like that since i was on the implanon birth control. me and my husband get intimate sometimes like every other day once a week or none sometimes because i am not in the mood. my tracker lets me know about the FAM but other then that i am so lost about everything else.
As far as bimonthly ovulation, I can honestly say I have no clue. But for tracking ovulation and such, listen to your body. This two or three days kinda in the middle of your cycle when you cramp, but you've got a while before you start? That's ovulation cramping. To better track it, I got a period tracker for my phone that shows when you're supposed to start based on length of cycle, when you're supposed to ovulate, moods, symptoms, intimacy, the works. Its really helped me track mine, which is good cause I'm trying to conceive as well.
it's still confusion to me because i did SELF and FAM and the FAM post all the since i had my normal period 12/18/2013 after being on the implanon for 3 years.
So, any luck with reading your cycle since you posted this question?? How's it going?
yes this is an old question and thank you for answering for me i truly appreciated it a lot. i saw that a woman post almost the same question about ovulation and nobody replied to her either
Predicting ovulation is hard. Wish it were easier. some do look for signs such as consistency of their discharge but I didn't find this reliable myself. What worked for me was to begin tracking my cycle. The first day of your period is the first day of your cycle. Most women ovulate midway through and for the majority of women, that is on day 14 or 15. But this would depend on how long your cycle is. Your cycle is over the day before your next period starts (as determined by . . . when it actually starts). If you do this over the course of a few months, you see a pattern and then you know 'around' when you ovulate based on this. So, then you have sex starting on cycle day 10 every other day for 10 days to catch ovulation. Usually will work even if it takes several tries.
Can women ovulate twice a month was another question. It's very rare but it happens occasionally. good luck
