labia minora swelling

Last night my boyfriend and I were dry-humping and afterwards I noticed my labia minora was very swollen and much larger than usual. It's tender to touch but hasn't bothered me pain wise for any other reason. It's been about 15 hours and the swelling hasn't gone down much. I've taken ibuprofin to see if that would help at all but I haven't noticed any difference. I'm a bit concerned and unaware if I should contact a doctor or not. Please help!

Bruised? Probably the pressure on it was more than average and it is just a bit puffed. Wait a day or two and then call the doc if nothing has changed. You might try cool compresses.

If you use condoms it could be an allergic reaction to the latex. You can try some benadryl for this.
