labia pain

i had sex about two days ago and nothing else since then. today i noticed that my outer labia on ones side is sore to the touch and maybe feels like there is something swollen inside. maybe like a small gland or a lump or some sort. it definitely hurts on one side. and in one specific spot. i am a bit of a hypochondriac, so i of course think i have some sort of mass growing there. what do you think this could be? how long should i wait before i see a dr?

thanks,
s

I'd go see a doc this week and get tested for STDs.  Good luck!
