lactation

is it possible that im lactating milk but im not pregnant? and also i have this really very very foul smell from my vagina,whats the cause of these?please can someone answer me?

Yes, hyperprolactinemia will cause you to produce milk w/o being pg.  It is sometimes a problem with the pituitary gland.  You need your prolactin levels checked (and ask your doctor to check your thyroid, too as a precaution).

The odor is a classic symptom of BV (bacterial vaginosis) which should be treated with antibiotics.  It will not go away on its own and should be treated so it doesn't cause PID and fertility problems.
