late period and a heavy back pain

I really need help in the last 2 weeks. I have been having back pain that i cant not even bend down to the floor to pick up something. Also my period have not started its already 6 days late plus i also checked if i was pregnant and it comes out negitive. Also i know iam not pregnant becauese i take birth controls and i have just miss 2 pills but took a day after pill on those both days i forgot and from those days i have not forgotten to take a pill so what could be wrong with me?
