leaking breast but not pregnant

I am trying to get pregnant.  For the past 6 months, I have had pregnancy symptoms (nausua, tender breasts, fatigue irregular periods) but have not been pregnant.  On August 7 '06, Sept. 23 '06, and Nov. 1 '06 I had ruptured ovarian cysts.  During Nov. and Dec. I felt better and did not have any cysts.  Now, in Jan. '07 I have been fatigued and nausuas and my breasts were leaking a clear fluid for three days right before my period.  My doctor gave me a pregnancy test (negative results), checked my thyroid and hormone levels which all came back fine.  She also ordered a breast ultrasound that was fine as well.  I'm still feeling tired and nausuas but I don't have any answers for why I feel this way or why I've been having so many problems and still not pregnant.  What could be causing all of this?  I do not take any medications.  I only take vitamins.

The doctor checked my hormone levels and she mentioned that she thought my prolactin might be high and said that if it was high, then I would need to be checked for a tumor. But, when my blood work came back, my prolactin level was regular.  Thank you for replying and you made a good point since it's exactly what the doctor thought at first too.

My cousin had breast discharge months after she stopped breastfeeding.
Nothing and then 6 months later she started leaking again.
She had a slew of tests run all which came back neg....she found out it was a brain tumor....hormones.
She is fine but takes meds for it and gets scanned once a year.
