left arm fatter than right

i have recently noticed that since weight gain my left arm is exactly one inch bigger than my right arm and has strech marks im really worried and am awaiting an ultrasound at the hospitl which should be within a week i saw my doctor he seems concerned! does anyone else have this problem or have any idea what it could be and how to get it one inch smaller im really paranoid as i think its really noticeable and also cant buy tops with sleeves as they never fit round this arm pleeeeeeeeeeeease help me out!!!!

are you left handed? cuz i know the arm you do most of your stuff with will tend to be larger. other than that i have no clue, sorry, maybe someone else will.

Getting the ultrasound sounds like a good first step! If that test is negative, please get a mammogram and thorough breast exam. There could be something blocking the lymphatic drainage from the left upper quadrant. This could cause swelling.
