legs turning purple after sun burn

I got sun burnt a week ago at the river. I mostly have pain on my legs - which have caused my feet to swell and I just noticed today my legs are turning purple where the burn is. The rest of my body is blistering and peeling, but the pain is mainly in my legs. Any suggestions?

drink lots of water, apply aloe vera gel on the burns, also drink so camomile tea to help relax your nerves, you'll need it to help with the shock of such a knargly burn.
