little pink on the tp, low hormone levels? implantation bleeding?

Not sure what is going on.. I started taking 50 mcg of levothyroxine November 30. I have always had regular cycles( like clock work). Still pretty regular after I started taking the pills(maybe one day late for one cycle). I noticed yesterday there was a little pink on the tp after wiping. I am 8 days past ovulation and 6 days till my next period. Could this be caused by low hormone levels?implantation bleeding? I am just not sure I have never ever had any type of spotting before my period is due.

Thanks in advance!
