low estrogen pills

My OBGYN recently found a polyp inside my uterus and several cysts in my ovaries. I am going in for a hysterosonogram to make absolutely sure its a polyp. i know that polyps in the uterus grow larger the more estrogen you produce. also i have gained a lot of weight and started to develop acne in my 20's when i have always been skinny and never had zits. i looked into IUD but im not sure i would be a good candidate for that considering i have irregular bleeding and heavy bleeding already. are there any birth control pills still as effective but with much less estrogen to lessen my weight gain, acne and the chance of cysts/polyps? i was originally on yasmin, then ortho-tricyclen and now im on yaz. i havent yet made an appt to have the polyp removed. any advice would be great.

The only pill that ever worked for me was Lo-Estrin....Yasmin and Ortho both made me crazy....crying at Hallmark commercials, weight gain and zits!!!!

I'm on Loestrin also and it's great as far as mood and stuff, but I've gained weight and have acne now.  Was told to try Yasmin, but it was horrible, so I'm sticking to Loestrin and I'll just continue to battle acne and weight.
