Hi there and welcome.  I'm thinking this could actually be a GI issue.  When was the last time you had sex?  Where are you at in your cycle?

It sounds like you've been to the doctor.  Did they check your discharge?  Is it yeast?  have you tried to treat that either with over the counter products or the pill your doctor prescribes?

Running a fever or anything?

I would actually at this point consider your general practitioner and have them try to discover the issue.  Your large intestines/bowel is very close to the area you discuss and with the movement sensations, that could be the issue.

good luck

Morning, it could be a number of things, maybe you have an ectopic pregnancy that is just starting and because of its early stages it wasn't detectable on any tests. But I would suggest going to the dr asap, or maybe perhaps the ER. Something is definitely wrong, maybe while having anal sex your partner was too rough and he hurt something on the inside. Don't wait until its too late go now just incase you need a treatment. If you wait longer you might have to do more than just do a simple treatment. Good Luck..
