Since it's just 1 it is more then likely an ingrown hair or pimple BUT BY NO MEANS SHOULD YOU PINCH IT OR TRY TO USE ANYTHING SHARP TO POP IT !!! if it becomes painful you can try using a wash cloth soaked with very warm water & hold it against it as you would a pimple on ur face.  it should help open the pore so the puss can come out.  If that doesn't work & it gets painful you may have to go to the dr & have them check it / pop it.  IT WILL HURT.  If it were more then 1 I'd get it checked for possible infections, but from your description it sounds like a pimple or ingrown hair that will most likely go away on it's own.

I hope the links in the other post helped if u looked at them.

I have had one of those before. My doctor just told me it was a pimple with an ingrown hair. He told me a lot of girls get them when they shave often
