Pre-ejaculate does not make your chances GREAT. The pull-out method, when used perfectly only fails 4% of the time. Pre-ejaculate only contains sperm if there has been a recent ejaculation, with no urination afterward, and even then, those sperm have shown to be immobile. There is also usually not enough sperm in pre-ejaculate to cause a pregnancy, although some people say it has happened, those have never been documented. Looking up "pre-ejaculate pregnancy" online will give you crazy results because people do not know the facts. Looking up "pre-ejaulate studies" will give you the correct results because those are scientfic studies done. Even if there is sperm in it, it does not mean it is enough to be penetrate and egg and cause a pregnancy. Unless of course, you had sex, took a condom off, then put it right back in...a higher risk, but it is still not as much as if you would ejaculate in her. She also had to be ovulating. The odds are pretty low. Unless you think you pulled out and you did too late or while you were ejaculating.

First of all, is she on birth control? Second, if you're having unprotected sex even if you're not coming inside her, her chances of being pregnant are still great. Pre-*** and all. Ask her if she'd be comfortable taking a pregnancy test, or if she starts feeling extremely sick, that would be a key sign.

Sometimes periods are late or missing altogether for reasons unknown.  If you have been having unprotected sex, take a pregnancy test.
