missed periods for four months

I did not have my periods four last four months. I was always irregular but this is the longest time i didn't have my periods. I had protected sex in between can i be pregnant?? Though i do not have any symptom of pregnancy...please help

Four months and no physician's visit yet? I would recommend doing that.
