I know quite a few ladies who have gotten pregnant following a miscarriage, but it can go either way. If your body isn't ready for the baby you'll likely lose it as well, which can cause more pain and hurt. If you feel up to trying again now, you can.

Sorry for the loss. I'm not sure anyway if this would be the case. I had 3 miscarriages and everytime I had one it was hard for me to get pregnant immediately. (my OB advises me to try again only after resting for at least 6 months). But if you do not have any other complications, I think you would be blessed with another one...
What was the cause of the miscarriage? if you want you can also try to check your ACA to see if you're APAS; although they only prescribe this after 3 miscarriages all within 8-9 weeks of term. that's what happened to me, I am APAS. Better to know it earlier so you know how to treat it without the loss of another... Godbless!
