morning sickness

i'm about 8 weeks pregnant and ive been having really bad morning sickness. does anyone know if preggy pops work, or if there is anything else i can do to ease the sickness?

Try drinking peppermint tea.  You can try eating ginger candy too, just make sure you use a very small amount.  Large quantities of ginger have been linked to m/c.  I do mean LARGE, btw.  You are probably fine having 1-2 pieces of ginger candy each day.

WHat I had to do was make sure to always keep something in my belly, like crackers. As soon as my belly would hit empty I would get sick. Also I got some of those sea bands and they worked! They're for car sickness and morning sickness there is no medication in them, they're used with accu-puncture. They really did work. Other than that I drank as much water as possible, even now at 16 weeks If I don't drink enough water I will get sick. They say being dehydrated can make everything worse and even make you get sick more, so keep lots of fluids in ya! Water preferably! Good Luck to you and I hope this passes soon!
