multiple arthralgias even six months aftre dilivery..........

my wife has dilivered a baby ( which was prescious pregnancy, and she recieved lot of progesterone and other harmones during pregnancy), even after six months she has severe pain both knee joints and low back ache. lab tests for RA factor negative, hcv antigen, anti HB Ag , all are negative LFTs with in normal range. pain improves with NSAIDs but reappears after stoping medication. she is gaining weight too. i m worried about her health she is really suffering a lot. plz provide detailed guidance
