multiple ovarian follicles

Hi,

I had pre menustral spotting, so went to a doc for check up. In the ultra sound it says mutiple small follicles in both ovaries. I'm trying to conceive 2nd baby. Will this have an effect? I was prescribed metaphage to ovulatr which I didnt start yet!
