multiply positive pregnancy test and a neg blood test

my tubes have been tied for a year I took 10 pregnancy test they all came back positive I got a blood test and that came back neg what is up could I be pregnant? Would a ultrasound be the bast way to see something ? I got my period but it was a lil light and didnt last as long and I have some signs peeing a lot more gained a few pounds, tiered more.....
