my girl friends fainting/tummy problem

my girl friends been having this weird problem lately, she's had fainting spells before but as of late she has been having the feeling that she's gonna faint but doesn't actually faint and most of the time her tummy gets all upset and makes her feel sick.
she hasn't had this problem before and it's not an on going thing, and im not sure what to do to help her....
can anyone help me out??? give me a little insight to what i could do to help her or what the problem might be, that would be most helpful :)
thanks for your time

well it could be a number of reasons, is there a possibility that she might be preggers? how is her diet, did she have a blood test done to see what she might be lacking. I have had similar symptoms to hers before I was been diagnosed with PCOS which lead to lack of AF. So there are alot of reasons y she may be feeling that way I would suggest seeing a Doc first to rule out anything serious before moving forward. Hope this helps.
Good luck let me know how things go!!
