MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Regarding vitamin D levels, you need to take a sachet of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each sachet contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D. Discuss the dose with your doctor and then take vitamin D accordingly.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
