Your migraines and headaches and dizziness may have nothing to do with vitamin D deficiency.

Migraines can be triggered off by stress and from certain foods and drink, like chocolate, cheese, oranges, red wine (you may find other triggers).

Headaches and dizziness can be from your blood pressure not being normal.  It can be from throat or ear infections and also urinary infections.  Urinary infections can also make you feel confused with memory problems.

Noises in the ears (tinnitus) can be from congestion, infections or blockage either by mucus or ear wax.  Sometimes there is no know cause at all.  It is best to get your ears checked for any underlying cause that can be treated.

Your heartburn and other gastric symptoms may be related to stomach problems or a hiatus hernia, but also from heart problems, especially as you have had a very high pulse.  70-120 is normal.

When you have a bacterial or viral infection that can make you feel very unwell and weak.

Low levels of iron in the body causing anaemia can also make you feel fatigued and cause swelling of the tongue.

Vision problems can be from underlying illnesses, but also from doing too much computer work (again can be a trigger for migraine) and not getting enough rest and sleep.

You have a lot of issues that need to be addressed.  I suggest you see a different doctor in your practice.

Best wishes.

It is wise for your doctor to rule out the problems I have mentioned above.

Hi.  I will try to use simple words so you can understand me.  You need to see a doctor who takes you seriously.  There are things wrong with you that need to be taken care of soon, so you can be happy.  I have heard of vitamin D deficiency, and this can be linked to a syndrome called Rickett's.  You should learn about this syndrome, to be sure it is not the same thing.  Ask your doctor also.  Please keep us updated, and I will pray for your health.  Blessings - Blu
