my period is late...

sooo i havent had a period in almost 10 wks. now im not a virgin but i havent had sex since march (long time i know) i have been fingered a few times in the last few weeks. my question is could i be pregggo? also ive lost 20-25lbs since july 2nd. so could the weightloss be why i havent gotten a period. o and im not on birthcontrol i went off it in june. o and ive had some spotting.
