More outgo than input, basically. If you eat a lot, exercise more. If you don't want to exercise more, eat less. The above suggestions are great. Do know what foods, of the ones you eat, are most likely to pack the pounds on you.
Well simply put you should eat balanced meals, and exercise but I understand this can be very difficult to do. You could hire a nutritionist and a personal trainer or go to a weightloss center in your community if you feel you need help. This website myfoodpyramid.com is great at meal planning healthy meals and tracking your progress. If you've tried these things and have found no success then maybe it's a medical condition and you may need a doctors help to figure out what is preventing or slowing your weight loss. Best of Luck BB
Read what you eat, cut down on Carbs & sugars, move more, look at when & why you eat and try to change those habits. Big thing is don't try to change all at once or you are setting self up for failure. If you have a "bad" day however you term it, you still control the next bite or move. Good luck!:)
