need a few suggestions

hello all, i've posted on here a few times. i'm ttc. and just wondering of anybody had any suggestions i put the pillow underneathe me and lay in bed for about 30 min. trying not to make much movement. just wanting some suggestions if anybody has any it would be really appreciated!! thanks ladies.

would taking prenatal vitamins. or some folic acid pills help!?!?!?

That is funny but a good question. I was wondering the same thing when I was stuffing pillows under my hips and putting my legs on the wall, all this without trying to move too much. What we put ourselves through!

lol i meant to say i put the pillow under my hips after i got done  lol. yea i know i'm ovulating now but i don't want to get my self frustrated  lol. i'll try having sex in  the morning . lol even tho i'm not a morning person i'll give it a shot! lol thanks !!!!

I have heard that sex is a great way to get prego. (jsut kidding) sorry...(blushing)

the pillow and staying in bed is a great thing to do. I even went as far as laying on the bed with my legs up on the wall so they are all the way up. I have heard that men have higher sperm count in the morning, so some women can get pregnant easier in the morning. Have you been charting and taking your temp? That will tell you when yuo are ovulating. Plus if you are having a hard time conceiving then there are books that you can get that have a lot of info in them that can help you.
