need advice ...
ok so my periods are irregular i guess now, ive beeen useing the ovulation tracker to track my period today is CD 40 and ive only sptted on and off i went to the DR a few times and they says its nothing ... Any advice is apreciated feel free to take a look at my ovulation tracker if u like but plz respond thanks
If you are trying to conceive then I'd say ask for a referral to a Reproductive Endocrinologist to possibly see why your cycles are what you feel is irregular. However some women's cycles are just long and every now and then some women's cycles are just a little off for various reasons, you will just have to track and see what your average cycles are like. www.mymonthlycycles.com is a very good site that helps you keep track of all of that good stuff also using the trackers here a good start. There is also a menstrual cycle tracker on here as well. Again GOOD LUCK!!
