I believe the chance of twins is usually when twins are prevalent on the mothers side.

sometimes in the first few weeks of pregnancy you can look bigger because you are bloated or retaining more water than normal.

Is this your first pregnancy?

You should get the book What to Expect When You Are Expecting, it is excellent!!

There is always a chance of twins in any couple. They are currently on the rise though due to all the fertility meds and trtmts.
Those with a hx of twins in the family are also much more likely to have twins.

Why do you want twins???
