never before

i've never had an orgrasm.is that normal? is there anything i can do during sex to make it happen?

I'd suggest doing it by yourself. Its nothing to be ashamed of. And if you don't want to go that route then remember during sex to not overthink sex, or worry about not having an orgasm. Just let loose, enjoy the feeling of sex, and pay attention just to the feeling of what's going on with your body and what you enjoy. No shame girly. Also, a lot of girls/women don't have an orgasm for a while.  :)

Masturbation is the best way to see what works for you and then you can share that with your significant other.  It is your body and you have to let them know what works.  If you do not know, how will they??

Can you have an orgasm when you are alone?? If so, then it it possible and a little change up may be in order to see what works.

Hello . I am no expert, but I have noticed that trying different things, like different postioning or maybe trying different things to make sex more exciting. that's what i did with my last partner it seemed to help.
