no menstral cycle not pregnant

I am 22 years old, I'm not pregnant, I have not had my cycle in three months.  I am very swolen in my lower adominal (abdominal) area, and I have back and stomach pain.  What could be causing these symptoms?

May I ask, are you under weight? If not, have you previously taken birth control or recently gotten off birth control? If you could give me a little more information I may be able to give some possible reasons for your symptons.

I would strongly recommend going to the gyn.  Could possibly be an ovarian cyst.  Is one side of your abdomen more swollen than the other?  Larger cysts can make one side swell up, and move your organs over to the other side, also making it swell up, but not as much.  Other symptoms of cysts are painful intercourse and difficulty controlling bladder/bowels.  Many times cysts are symptomless.  I was symptomless until all of a sudden I had great difficulty with bladder control over a 3 week period.  Went to gyn and had a 12cm cyst that I knew nothing about.  99% of ovarian cysts are benign (not cancerous).  At the least, it will give you peace of mind and may give you some answers.

I HAD AN IUD INSERTED AND RESENTLY REMOVED IT... I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY PERIOD IN 3 MONTHS AND UI HAVE TAIKEN AROUND 6-8 PREGNANCY TEST AND ALL OF THEM COME OUT NEGATIVE..WHAT CAN BE THE CAUSE OF MY DELAY IN RESULT WITH NO PREGNANCY
